ALUMNI

We carry it forward.

More than 3,500 young men have passed through the Rites of Passage: Boys to Men program.

Now, what remains is a network shaped by shared standards, lived accountability, a continued commitment to growth and making impactful contributions to the communities that we work and live in.

Our program doesn’t end at completion.

It extends through the participants who carry it forward in how they lead, how they serve and how they return.

All remain part of the standard.

Graduates of the BTM program become part of a growing network of empowered leaders who actively support new cohorts and drive the program’s ongoing success.

Our alumni-led approach fosters a deep-rooted, sustainable community impact.

Many alumni take on mentorship roles, co-facilitating sessions and helping to expand BTM’s capacity to deliver programs in new regions.

If you carry it forward, we invite you to step back in.
